To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via chat support in the website  for return authorization.
All return-related communication is handled exclusively through website chat support  for faster and smoother support.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The product was purchased directly from our official website

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item received is broken or damaged

  • The item was damaged during shipping

📌 Important: A mandatory unboxing video is required.

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, customers must record a full unboxing video.
The video must:

  • Show the Shoppingo-branded box before opening

  • Show the shipping label clearly

  • Show the entire unboxing process

  • Clearly display the damage, defect, or issue

  • Be unedited and recorded in one shot

This video is required as proof and helps us validate return claims fairly.

⚠️ Note: For all approved returns, a standard return shipping fee of ₹80 will be deducted from the refund amount.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please send the following via WhatsApp:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear photo of the invoice

  • The required unboxing video showing the issue


For Exchanges

To request an exchange, please place a new order for the desired product.
We will process the return of the original item once validated.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed immediately.
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 1–3 business days to appear in your account.

Invalid Reasons for Return

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer no longer wants the product

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • The product is received in good condition with no defect or damage

  • Missing mandatory unboxing video evidence

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to a legally binding commitment to complete the purchase.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
